We founded JOYHOME in 2019 with just $2,000. From the very beginning, we knew we wanted to work directly with the people who make the products, manufacturers and brand owners, not middlemen.
We believed that representing a brand well means understanding much more than its catalog. Behind every pricing policy, every standard, every long-term decision, there's a reason. And the closer we are to the people who built the brand, the better we understand those reasons, and the better we can represent the brand the way it was meant to be. That belief became the foundation of everything we do.
Our first year ended with about $50,000 in revenue. As we grew, we kept reinvesting, in inventory, in better processes, in the systems that make working with us simple and reliable. And with every new brand, we understood a little more about what manufacturers actually value: not just higher sales, but a partner who respects their pricing, communicates openly, plans ahead, and makes doing business easy.
As we grew, so did the ways we could support the brands we carry. Today we invest our own capital in inventory, fund advertising for the products we sell, and, when the brand approves, help improve product photography and presentation to build visibility and long-term performance.
By 2025 our annual revenue had grown to $3 million. Today we work with more than 45 brands and operate from warehouses in Oregon and Florida. But the way we think hasn't changed since day one: every pricing policy matters, every brand has its own identity, and every partnership should feel straightforward, transparent, and easy.
That's the company we set out to build in 2019, and it's still the company we're building today.
